We have a new puppy who is five months old. Hudson loved his day at Diamond in the Ruff. The owners are so informative and caring. Juan who opens in the morning was so friendly and reassuring. Can't wait to go back.
All I can say is that I LOVE them! They are the only ones that know how to groom my mini Schnauzers! They love going there and they always come back awesomely groomed and tired lol. I love that they treat them as if there were their own dogs!! The staff is awesome I love them always professional and excellent customer service!!! I have been going to them for about almost 3 years and they are worth every penny! Highly recommend them so glad my vet told me about them!!
I patronize this place for a few good reasons: its owners, Sarah and Mike -and their staff including Juan, are excellent people and dog lovers who excel at their trade. They love their canine customers and care about their satisfaction. Dogs are kept free and are able to socialize in a cozy and peaceful setting. Mine definitely enjoys greatly his time there!
Both I and my pup love everything about Diamond in the Ruff. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job, but the true testament to their quality is how my dog reacts when we get close. Her tail starts wagging, her butt starts wiggling, and she can't wait to get inside. To be BATHED, which she normally hates! Her favorite person in the whole WORLD is the assistant, I have never seen her so excited to see someone. You know how you can tell a person's worth by how your dog reacts to them? It's like that. Don't get me wrong, she and I both love the whole staff there, but I'd trust that assistant with my dang life based on my dog's opinion. Obviously a superior human. The fact my pup gets to run around and play instead of being locked in a crate is SUCH a bonus! It's like free daycare. I've actually brought her there when she didn't need a bath because she loves them so much and it's really reasonable. There are plenty of toys to play with and comfy beds to snooze in, and other dogs who she loves to bits. The new shop is great because it's bigger and there's an area for them to go outside and do their business as well. Just be forewarned that you can't park right out front of the shop because it belongs to the deli, but the municipal lot is literally 20 feet away. Long story short - Diamond in the Ruff is a gem!
Absolutely the best staff, very accommodating and just a pleasure to work with! Doberman owners, including myself, always have issues finding caregivers and people who will work with our pups without judgement. But the owners and staff at Diamond in the Ruff treat my sweet girl like their own, and we love them for it! Thank you guys!
