I am in love with Cranford Plumbing and Heating. They are amazing, amazing people. From Janet in the office, to John who came out. We had several other plumbing and heating companies come to tell us that we needed a new furnace. John opened our furnace, told us it was a loose wire and with a week of no heat and two little kids, we had heat in about 30 seconds. Amazing person and service. Will never use anyone but Cranford Plumbing and Heating! Thank you again for being so wonderful and honest!
Bad experience! They came to check the AC but did a lousy job when re-connecting back the ducts. I called and complained about it a couple of times. They just had every excuse not to come to fix it. very disappointed and will never use them again!

As always, Cranford Plumbing came to my rescue!!! Leaking behind the shower from a bad "cartridge". Fixed and replaced. Great customer service - love Janet - always positive and happy to help. Highly recommend!!!
