JP is great, he made us feel welcome in the store. He helped us pick out a new food for our pug. He also gave us some great feeding tips. We were also here before, and our other dog loves the bone we got her. The kids love the small pets they have also.
Helpful staff, fairly well stocked. Always offer help with bringing my purchases to my truck, even when the kid behind the counter is half my size lol. A couple of times, sales and specials were brought to my attention during checkout that I wasn't aware of, and I saved a substantial amount on my purchases.
Refreshing to not go to big box store. They quickly helped me at had what I needed.
